HEDGE END CARNIVAL WEEKEND

SATURDAY 1st AND SUNDAY 2nd JULY 2023

1. Payable with booking -Charities £15 per day or £20 for weekend. 
2. Private Stalls Payable with booking - £30 per day or £50 for weekend.  
3. All necessary equipment to be supplied by you.  
4. Name and contact address of organisation or business to be clearly displayed along with prices.
5. On Saturday 1 July you must be on site by 11am and ready to open by 1pm at Greta Park, Hedge End, SO30 4DY.
6. On Sunday 2 July you must be on site by 8:30am and ready to open by 10am at Greta Park, Hedge End, So30 4DY.
7. All plots are 5 x 5 metres and  have 3 metre frontages.  
8. Walkways must be kept clear of any obstruction and any guy ropes and notices must be behind marked line.
9. Type of stall to be run must be stated to assist with layout of show ground.
10. We try to include a parking space with most stall plots, but this is not always possible.  All other vehicles must be removed to the lower end of the field or parked as directed by the show organiser.
11. All rubbish from around your plot must be picked up and removed from the site.  
12. Your space must be left clean when you depart.
13. Public Liability Insurance in place.

Vehicles on site will be restricted to a minimum. Any vehicles moving will be required to have hazard lights on and should not move faster than 5 miles per hour.  No vehicles will be allowed to move between 2 and 5pm except in an emergency.
